Midget Head COACH

Hannah Villavicencio

I am so excited to be joining this wonderful program this season! As a stay-at-home mom with a strong background in cheerleading, I’ve had the privilege of both participating in and coaching the sport I love. My cheerleading journey started in high school and continued in an all-star competitive cheer program. I’ve also had the joy of coaching my daughter, first as a mascot, then as a peewee, and later as a midget cheerleader. As an assistant peewee coach, I was fortunate to help create a first-place routine, a highlight of my coaching experience. Above all, I prioritize the holistic development of the children under my guidance. I deeply care about their needs, success, and growth, both on and off the mat. My goal is to foster a positive and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported, helping them to thrive and reach their full potential. I firmly believe that cheerleading should be a fun and memorable experience for everyone involved. Through teamwork, discipline, and encouragement, I strive to make each season unforgettable. I am passionate about empowering kids to embrace their individuality, build lasting friendships, and create cherished memories that will stay with them for years to come.

Pee wee Head COACH

Ardeana Rogers

My name is Ardeana Rogers and I am excited to join the Rhino family as Head Coach for the  Pee Wee cheer team. This is my second year on coaching staff for youth cheer in Lincoln. While my focus is always on safety, my philosophy centers on fostering a positive environment that empowers the girls to be confident in themselves on and off the mat. Beyond the sidelines, I work in personnel for the state and live in Lincoln with my husband of 11 years and our two amazing kids.

Jr. Pee Wee Head COACH

Willow Beeler

I’m so excited to be coaching our Jr. Peewees this season! I have a background in cheerleading and had the joy of coaching our mascots last year. I’ve also worked as a group fitness instructor and am currently applying to BSN programs—experiences that have given me a strong understanding of how to coach safely, build confidence, and support each child’s growth both physically and emotionally. My coaching philosophy centers on safety and building confidence—laying a strong foundation that helps each athlete thrive, not just as a cheerleader but as a person. I believe cheerleading is about more than just routines—it’s about teamwork, perseverance, friendship, and creating memories that last. I’m honored to be part of this journey and I can’t wait to see what this season brings!
